Hypnosis is a naturally induced state of relaxed concentration, a state of mind and body which allows us to communicate suggestions to your subconscious mind. Neuro-Lingistic Programming, NLP has proven to be a very effective tool on the treatment of fears, phobias, habits, obsessions, and limitations. It deals with how you internalize your values and beliefs about external events. For example, do you view eating ice cream as an appealing thing to eat? Not if you want to lose weight. There is a way to change your perception of ice cream very quickly. This is just one of the astounding things about NLP, it often has an immediate impact on your bad habits.

Guided Imagery is used to help mothers to give birth alert, aware, and fully in control of their birthing experience. Mother and companions are taught techniques for a safe, easy and satisfying birthing through guided imagery, visualizations, and deep relaxation. Guided Imagery is useful in many applications from lowering your blood pressure, overcoming fear of flying, or to stop biting your nails. These are only a few examples.
